Ingolstadt on the Danube

BFFT offers the chance to live and work well. The Automobile City of Ingolstadt has a lot to offer: According to the national Prognos Future Atlas 2007, Ingolstadt ranked eighth among a select circle in the ´´Regions with Top Future Prospects´´ in Germany. A welcome change from work are the numerous attractions and free-time activities. Not only is the Audi Museum with its historical exhibits drawing in visitors, the historical Old Town Centre with its well-preserved sights plus the beauty of the surrounding area continue to be attractive destinations.

In fact, the surrounding area is well-known for its outstanding touristic qualities. Fans of historical buildings, sports enthusiasts and those looking for rest and relaxation more than get their money's worth. Ingolstadt is skirted by numerous lakes and hiking or biking paths. The Altmühl Valley is located just a few short kilometres away. With its rugged limestone cliffs, romantic castles and historical roots, it is one of Germany's most outstanding scenic areas.. Changing direction and every bit as inviting is the almost entirely preserved Old Town Centre and Renissance Castle in the small town of Neuburg And let's not forget that you'll find Bavaria's famous beer gardens everywhere ...

If this sounds just a bit too much like a pastoral idyll, there's no need to worry: the cities of Augsburg, Nürnberg, Regensburg and the metropolis of Munich are merely one hour's drive away.
